Refund policy

At JollyZA, we prioritise customer satisfaction. If you're not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund and return policy.

Eligibility:

- To qualify for a refund or return, please email us at jollysouthafrica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Orders can be returned and refunded if the items are unwanted, unused in their original packaging, unopened and sealed.

- Defective products can only be exchanged for the same item.

Return process:

- If you picked up your order from us, please return it to Bergvliet pickup address at 14 Jeffcoat Avenue within 14 days of receiving your order.

- We'll assess your product and exchange it the same day if we have the stock. In the case of a refund, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days after assessing the product and complete a bank transfer to complete the refund.

Important notes:

- We're not liable for the cost of returning the goods.

- All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

- Items returned after the 14-day period or without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Shipping and courier fees are non-refundable.
