Shipping policy
At JollyZA, we understand that convenience is key. That's why we offer you multiple delivery options to choose from.
Shipping options:
- Free Courier Guy Delivery - Free: We'll ensure your parcel is deliveried straight to your door, completely free. Only available for orders of R1200 and above, and for selected products.
- To Your Door via Courier Guy (PUDO) - R75: We'll ensure your package is delivered directly to your doorstep for your utmost convenience.
- To a Locker (PUDO Locker) - R55: If you prefer a secure pickup location, you can opt to have your package delivered to a PUDO locker for easy retrieval at your convenience.
- Local Pickup - Free: Collect your order for free from our local pickup point at 14 Jeffcoat Ave, Bergvliet, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7945, South Africa. Completely free and ready within 24 hours.
Shipping carrier:
Rest assured, we have partnered with Courier Guy (PUDO), a reliable and efficient shipping carrier, to handle all your deliveries. Delivery available for the entirety of South Africa.
Delivery timeframe:
Our delivery time frame is 1-7 business days. However, please note that weather delays may occur, which are out of our control.
Delivery confirmation:
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Once your order is out for delivery to your address or local PUDO locker, you will receive a PIN number that you will need to present to the driver upon delivery or use for pickup from a PUDO locker to ensure secure collection.
